NAI Hanson Completes Lease at 500 Route 17 South

NAI James E. Hanson, a New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announces that it has brokered a three-year office lease at 500 Route 17 South in Hasbrouck Heights.

NAI Hanson Vice President Anthony Cassano represented the tenant, Sales and Marketing Group, Inc., a third-party energy company that was looking to relocate its sales and training office because of growth.

The three-floor, 42,764-square-foot, class-B office building is conveniently located along one of Bergen County’s central thoroughfares, in close proximity to Routes 46 and 80 as well as the Teterboro Airport.

“This building includes 24/7 security as well as an atrium and ample parking,” Cassano said. “Our efforts focused on partnering with our client to identify an optimal solution to accommodate its growth and expansion into New Jersey. The company was looking for a corporate environment, outstanding infrastructure and central location and 500 Route 17 South is an ideal fit.”
