MedTrak Services Acquires Connect Health Solutions

MedTrak Services, a division of EnvisionRx, announced that it has acquired pharmacy benefit management business, Connect Health Solutions, located in Denville. Terms were not disclosed.

MedTrak provides a full suite of pharmacy benefit management services tailored to meet the unique needs of middle market self-insured employers. This acquisition expands MedTrak in the northeastern United States. Connect Health Solutions will continue to operate out of its New Jersey location. Connect Health Solutions clients and their members will benefit from the MedTrak service infrastructure and customized clinical programs, as well as gain access to an expanded portfolio of analytics, PBM technologies, and the enterprise purchasing power of EnvisionRx.
