LCOR’s Valley & Bloom Office Space 100 Percent Leased

LCOR and with co-developer The Pinnacle Companies announced Valley & Bloom, a mixed-use, transit-oriented development in Montclair, has successfully leased out all 20,000 square feet of office space to The Regus Group and Sotheby’s International.

Valley & Bloom is comprised of two six-story buildings, which include a total of 20,000 square feet of office space, 22,000 square feet of retail space, 258 rental apartments, ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts, and 571 parking spaces.

“The goal of Valley & Bloom is to create a valuable transit-oriented development in the heart of Montclair that will serve tenants and nearby residents alike,” said James Driscoll, Senior Vice President of LCOR. “The Regus Group and Sotheby’s will add a dynamic mix of office tenants to Montclair, bringing added success to the already evolving community.”

The Regus Group signed 13,368 square feet at 28 Valley Road in an effort to provide Montclair with efficient and flexible work space for tenants.  Sotheby’s took the remaining 6,444 square feet at 32 Valley Road as Montclair provided the company with an idea location to expand their global real estate business.

The Regus Group is the largest provider of flexible workspace for both small businesses and large corporations alike. The company holds over 3,000 business centers in over 900 cities across the globe allowing businesses to be flexible with their office needs in changing markets.

Sotheby’s International Realty provides marketing and referral program for independent real estate brokerages around the world. The network, which stemmed from the prestigious Sotheby’s auction house, connects independent real estate companies to prestigious clientele.

Valley & Bloom is owned and operated by LCOR and co-developed by LCOR and The Pinnacle Companies. The project marks phase one of the Montclair Center Gateway Redevelopment Plan. Conveniently located less than one-mile from two NJ Transit commuter rail stations with direct service to Midtown Manhattan, Valley & Bloom is located in the center of the main business district.
