IOREBA Welcomes New President

The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA), recently hosted the 2016 Jeffrey Siegel Memorial Golf and Tennis Outing at the Morris County Country Club in Morristown. A large gathering of New Jersey commercial real estate professionals enjoyed a fantastic day of golf, tennis and networking.

Current IOREBA President, Rob DiLeo, Principal of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., handed the traditional gavel to IOREBA’s incoming President, Jonathan Glick of Sheldon Gross Realty, and then introduced the 2016-2017 new slate of officers, which includes Vice President Jon Tesser of Colliers International; Secretary Tom Romano of Colliers International; and Treasurer John Johnson, Founder and President, Wellington Real Estate.

“It is incredible how fast a year goes,” said DiLeo. “It was very rewarding and an honor serving as the president of IOREBA—one of the best commercial real estate organizations in the metropolitan area,” said DiLeo. “This year our organization hosted some great events for our members, with topics including technology and economic trends in the commercial real estate market. I look forward to all of the new ideas and leadership that Jonathan will bring to the IOREBA organization in the coming year,” he added.

In addition to the golf outing and tennis tournament, guests were treated to a networking and dinner reception, followed by prizes, a 50/50 drawing and raffle giveaways ranging from tablets to cameras to televisions.

IOREBA also raised donations to benefit The Community Food Bank of New Jersey’s “Move For Hunger” program—a program dedicated to helping fight the nation’s growing hunger problem. Guests contributed non-perishable food items and monetary donations.
