Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader Launches Diversity and Inclusion Initiative

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader has announced the formation of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Diversity and Inclusion Initiative.  Both the committee and initiative are a formalization of the firm’s longstanding institutional commitment to promote the hiring and retention of women and minorities in the field of law.

Diversity and inclusion has always been an integral part of the fabric of Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader. The firm is led by a team of men and women who represent various diverse backgrounds who collectively provide a positive work environment for all attorneys and employees at the firm.

Ravinder S. Bhalla, Partner, has been selected to serve as Chairman of the committee. Mr. Bhalla is a well-recognized, committed diversity leader who has received many awards in recent years including the Asian Americans for Equality Community Leadership Award. Mr. Bhalla was also recently appointed as Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee of the New Jersey Association for Justice’s employment law section.

“Through this initiative we will serve to promote a healthy and diverse work environment while working to enhance the relationships we bring to our clients,” said Bhalla.

Additional members of the Diversity and Inclusion committee include Partners Paul T. Fader, Brian R. Tipton, Lester E. Taylor III, Jennifer Ann Vorhies, and Associate Attorney Shana Attas.

“Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader supports the professional growth of women in the legal field. We therefore have a strong team of highly-talented female attorneys who offer creative and effective solutions to our clients,” said Vorhies, a firm Partner and Committee member.

“I originally joined Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader because of its commitment to equality. Not only does the Firm hire attorneys who are minorities but it is also committed to helping them grow and develop into leadership positions within the firm and within the community at large,” said Taylor, Partner and leader of the firm’s Education practice group.
