Dewberry Welcomes Construction Management Expertise of Frank Cole

Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has hired Frank L. Cole, PE, as a project manager in the firm’s construction services branch. Based in Parsippany, New Jersey, he will be responsible for assigning and overseeing construction inspection project staffing, preparing technical proposals, conducting highway and bridge constructability reviews, work zone safety, and assisting the branch manager.

Cole brings more than 30 years of contract administration and project management experience to Dewberry in the concrete, civil, and heavy highway industries. Prior to joining Dewberry, he worked for the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) for 30 years where he most recently served as deputy regional construction engineer and field manager.

Cole has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University. He is a member of the American Concrete Institute, New Jersey Society of Asphalt Paving Technologists, the National Highway Institute, and the Rutgers Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation.
