Datapipe Acquires Leading UK Managed Cloud Services Provider and Advanced AWS Consulting Partner Adapt

Datapipe, a leader in managed cloud services for the enterprise, today announced the acquisition of leading UK managed cloud services provider and Advanced AWS Consulting Partner, Adapt. The acquisition will expand Datapipe’s European presence and enhance capabilities for clients worldwide.

Adapt specializes in agile hybrid solutions that deliver the best of public and private cloud to clients as a single service. Both companies take a transformative approach to cloud, partnering with enterprises to innovate, optimize, and scale mission-critical and day-to-day IT operations.

This is the latest advancement for Datapipe as the company continues to gain momentum in the management of multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and its own leading hosted private cloud, Stratosphere. Last year, the company acquired AWS assessment, automation, and migration company DualSpark to simplify the complexity of migrating and optimizing apps and critical infrastructure in public clouds.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
