CW Solutions to Establish New Corporate Headquarters in East Brunswick

CW Solutions, a national real estate services firm focusing on the utilities and wireless telecommunications industries, will establish its new corporate headquarters at Two Tower Center in East Brunswick. The new office will support CW Solutions’ rapid and projected business expansion, and provide space to accommodate the company’s growing team of employees.

The new facility will bring together CW Solutions’ entire staff, who have been working remotely from multiple locations, into one unified office space, according to Stacie Curtis, the company’s president and founder. “Consolidating our business into one central location is a testament to the success CW Solutions has experienced since its founding in 2002,” she said. “The state-of-the-art office space at Two Tower Center is the perfect venue for showcasing our innovative real estate solutions and hosting clients in a first-rate professional setting.”

CW Solutions will occupy 3,000 square feet on the 16^th floor of the Class A office tower. Set on 14 acres of park-like property, Two Tower Center offers direct access to the New Jersey Turnpike, and Routes 1 and 18. The complex is home to a Hilton Hotel, a convention center and a regional commuter park-and-ride facility.

CW Solutions has significantly increased its service offerings over the last 12 months, according to Curtis, who has led the effort along with principal and co-founder Robert Weible, to expand the company’s property acquisition, title and geographic information systems (GIS) team, and position the firm for future growth. The company nearly doubled its staff during the past year and plans to fill additional key positions in the coming months.

Focused on the wireless telecommunications, power, pipeline and oil/gas industries, CW Solutions concentrates on infrastructure improvements, title reports, and right-of-way and easement acquisition projects throughout the Northeast region. The firm’s team of professionals is working on projects for such prestigious clients as Public Service Electric & Gas, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless.
