Colliers Int’l Arranges Mindtree U.S. HQ Relocation to 25 Independence Blvd in Warren

Colliers International has arranged a long-term, 11,529-square-foot corporate relocation for Mindtree Ltd. at 25 Independence Boulevard in Warren. The global technology services provider, based in Bangalore, India, will relocate its United States headquarters within Warren at the end of September 2014.

Mindtree’s new office will be located on the top floor of the four-story, 106,879-square-foot office building at 25 Independence Boulevard, which features a glass and brick facade, newly renovated lobby, 1,000 square feet of surface parking, and an enclosed parking garage with 250 spaces for tenants and visitors.

“Independence Boulevard is an optimal location for Mindtree given its proximity to local retail and access to major highways,” said Michael Tesser, a Senior Managing Director with Colliers International, who represented the tenant in the transaction. “The company’s move to this Class-A building will provide ample space for growth as they look to increase their overall employee headcount and optimize their U.S. operations.”

Over the last 10 years, Tesser has arranged multiple office leases for Mindtree throughout the country.

Mindtree – one of the fastest growing technology firms with more than 13,000 employees, offices in 14 countries, and more than 200 clients – specializes in e-commerce, mobility, cloud enablement, digital transformation, business intelligence, data analytics, testing, infrastructure, EAI, and ERP solutions.

William O’Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura, of Cassidy Turley, represented the landlord, Normandy 25 Independence, LLC, in the transaction.
