CarePoint Medicare Advantage Plan Expands to 6 NJ Counties

CarePoint Medicare Advantage Plan announced its expansion into 6 counties in northern New Jersey – Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Somerset and Union.  The Carepoint Medicare Advantage plan has partnered with New Jersey’s premier physicians and healthcare facilities to offer member-centric programs focused on improving and maintaining our customers’ health.

The CarePoint Medicare Advantage Plan has also adopted a patient-centric approach when dealing with claims management.  The plan is an industry leader in claims approvals and fast turnaround rates for both care approval and claims payment.  In 2014 CarePoint Medicare Advantage Plan increased its membership to become the #2 in market share in Hudson County.

CarePoint Medicare Advantage differs from standard healthcare plans in several key ways.  The plan has a team of dedicated nurse practitioners who can visit patients in the comfort of their own homes. The plan will be available for 2015 enrollment this fall during the open enrollment period, from October 15^th through December 7^th. The CarePoint Medicare Advantage Plan is available in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Somerset and Union counties.
