Bussel Realty Corp. Leases 54,720 SF at 470 Mundet Place, in Hillside

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, announces that Superior Plus Incorporated (SPI) has leased 54,720 square feet of industrial space at 470 Mundet Place in Hillside, New Jersey. Senior Vice President David Posner of BRC was responsible for the transaction and represented the owner, Nathan Barry Company. “SPI will utilize the space for warehouse and distribution to reach its clients and customers in New Jersey and in the northeast,” noted Senior Vice President David Posner of BRC.

470 Mundet Place is a 54,720-square-foot industrial property with 5,295-square-foot offices, 21’ to 22’ high ceilings heights, 30’ by 40’ column spacing and 9 loading doors. The property is located near I-78 with access to the New Jersey Turnpike. It is in close proximity to Port Newark/Elizabeth, Newark International Airport and the Holland Tunnel.
