Bussel Realty Corp. Leases 25,134 Square Feet at 475 Division Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey
On Aug 16, 2016Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced Metrofuser LLC has leased 25,134 square feet at 475 Division Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey, a 175,000-square-foot industrial property.
Herb Zimmerman, senior vice president, and Jeff Goldfinger, vice president, of BRC represented Metrofuser LLC in the transaction. NAI/Hanson represented the landlord.

475 Division St. is a 175,000-square-foot industrial property located near Exit 13A of the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 1 and 9. The space leased to Metrofuser LLC features 12 to 14-foot ceiling heights, four loading docks and one drive-in door, 1000 amps of electric power, and plenty of parking.
