Bussel Realty Corp. Leases 211,450 SF For 10 Years at 152 Ridge Road, South Brunswick

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading corporate and industrial real estate services firm, has announced Five Stars Warehousing has fully-leased for 10 years 152 Ridge Road in South Brunswick, a 211,450-square-foot industrial property.

BRC Senior Vice President Leo Esses represented the landlord, JMJ Munchkins.  BRC Senior Vice Presidents David Blitt and Robert Sager and Vice President Peter Anderson represented the tenant.

“We’re happy to provide a service that will benefit both the landlord and tenant,” noted Esses.  “We had significant activity and several previous offers but we feel we landed the right tenant who could take advantage of the existing racking system with over 14,000 pallet positions, the rooftop solar system and the convenient Exit 8A location.”

Totaling 211,450 square feet on 16.8 acres, 152 Ridge Road offers 30-foot ceiling heights, ESFR sprinklers, 32 tailboards cross docked and one oversized drive-in door, 4,299-square-foot offices, 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing, 1,600 amps of power, and 125 surface spaces plus trailer parking.
