Bussel Realty Corp. Leases 18,000 SF to Manhattan Trading in Union

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced Manhattan Trading has leased 18,000 square feet of industrial space at 1111 Springfield Road  in  Union. Vice President James Hodgkins of BRC was responsible for the transaction and represented the owner.

“1111 Springfield Road will serve as a warehouse and distribution facility for Manhattan Trading,” noted Hodgkins. “The property has great access to Morris Avenue, Garden State Parkway, and Route 22”.  1111 Springfield Road is a 57,000-square-foot industrial facility, with 12-foot ceiling heights, four tailboards, two drive-ins, 200 amps power, and a wet sprinkler system.
