Edison-based Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC)  has brokered the sale of 600 Green Lane,  a 91,000-square-foot distribution and headquarters facility in Union.  The property was sold for $6.6 million to Millstein Acquisitions and D’Artagnan.  Senior Vice Presidents Robert Sager and David Blitt represented the owner in the transaction.  Blau & Berg represented the purchaser.

“600 Green Lane is a solid real estate investment and will be developed into a state-of-the-art distribution facility, complete with cold/dry storage, and provide for the warehouse needs of D’Artagnan,” commented Blitt. “D’Artagnan is the nation’s leading purveyor of foie gras, game meat, organic poultry, pâtés, sausages and smoked delicacies.”
