Barnabas Health Medical Group Launches New Online Resource for Patients

Barnabas Health Medical Group (BHMG), a member of Barnabas Health, announced the launch of its Healthy Living Blog to offer patients and the public with information on the latest health care services, trending medical issues and news.

“Barnabas Health Medical Group has been proactive in enhancing our online presence in order to provide patients with convenient access to real-time information and educational resources,” said Kelly Fulton, Vice President, Barnabas Health Medical Group. “Our Healthy Living Blog is one of several recent features we have launched to equip our patients with tools they can use to become informed advocates for their health.”

BHMG’s Healthy Living Blog, which went live on October 17, will include posts on a variety of topics authored by physicians from the multispecialty group of practices. The first blog post features one of BHMG’s renowned breast surgeons, Dr. Sumy Chang, who provides information on breast cancer in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Dr. Chang’s blog post is complemented by a short video in which she communicates the most important tips on detecting breast cancer.
