Atlantic Beverage Company Leases 97,800 SF at 450 Oaktree Road in South Plainfield

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, announces that Atlantic Beverage Company has leased 97,800 square feet at 450 Oaktree Road in South Plainfield, a 257,000-square-foot industrial facility.

BRC President Steve Bussel, SIOR, was responsible for the transaction and represented both Atlantic Beverage Company and the landlord, Paramount Assets.

“Atlantic Beverage’s business is expanding and the property’s location was ideal since it is less than a mile to its headquarters in Edison,” commented Bussel.   “450 Oaktree provides Atlantic Beverage with plenty of parking and great proximity to I-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike to reach its customer base.”

450 Oaktree Road is a 257,000-square foot industrial facility, with 21-plus-foot ceiling heights, 14 tailboards and one drive-in door, over 150-car parking plus parking for 50 trailers, and is in close proximity to I-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
