40th Annual Eagle Awards

The New Jersey Alliance for Action – an association focusing on capital construction and economic growth opportunities within our region – recently held its 40th Annual Eagle Awards ceremony at the Hyatt New Brunswick, with more than 500 attendees.  

Lawrence Bashe, retired managing director, Raymond James & Associates, Inc., received the President’s Award; Tracye McDaniel, president and CEO, Choose New Jersey, received the Richard M. Hale Chairman’s Award; Greg Kelly, Global COO, Parsons Brinckerhoff, received the Dr. John L. Buzzi Engineering Excellence Award; Dr. Ali Houshmand, president, Rowan University, received the Walter Rand South Jersey Award; 14 presidents of the New Jersey State & County Building & Construction Trades Councils received the Sigurd Lucassen Labor Award; and Juan Gutierrez, chairman, JAG Companies, received the Ellis S. Vieser Lifetime Achievement Award.  The Alliance for Action dedicated its awards ceremony book in memory of its long-time employee Cliff Health, who passed away this summer.
